Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Very worthy of the price. The pool was really nice too. Helpful staff and all working in the hotel are very kind and friendly including the security guards. They greet us with smiles everytime we meet. Would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend.

breakfast - okay, but average

We have problem about air condition not cool in the room , The staff from Maintenance and Staff from front desk ready to help and check , then We got Prefer to change room due to its look like to take along time to fixed it , that’s good because We have a kids and We just finished activity from pool . and We also impress like the auto flush in toilet and bidet hose and warm toilet seat cover , finally The Bed is so perfect very big and comfy .

Bad food

We got to the breakfast about 45 mins before it closed. They did not refill the drinks, the bakery, and the fruits and did not cook any more bacon. All the food was cold. We were an inconvenience for the staff and cooks. And still had to pay full price.

Friendly staff, very clean. Under 15 minutes' drive to the beach.

Hotel was great. Bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in whilst in a hotel. Pillows were also the best. The bathroom facilities were top class and the toiletries provided smelt heavenly. Hotel staff were amazing. Great pool and free on site parking

During the stay, they changed their wifi address without informing patrons who were then automatically logged out without notification, so then used cell phone data without knowing it was occurring.The TV dropped out on occasions.Mosquitoes in entrance, dining room and on accomodation floors.While facilities were excellent and this is a quality hotel with no real equal in Rayong, Novatel have little competition and can charge higher prices than Bankok and they certainly do for accomodation and food.

good many variety of food for breakfast. Staff are very polite & nice. Mr Banana - the manager there is very helpful always.

it would be nice to have thai tea as one choice of beverage at breakfast,also like to have meat stick with sticky rice. ( our hotel in bangkok has those)

Great, rather new, hotel in Rayong with a nice swimming pool. Next to a fresh market and restaurants nearby. Lotus and Central Rayong also nearby. Very nice rooms with great beds and lots of amenities.

water heater very difficult to adjust to the right temperature and once adjusted changed by itself to either very hot or cold?

Location is convenient for people coming for work. Very easy to find a food stall. There are night market in walking distance. But far from tourist spot

Pool, restaurant, lounge.

Rooms are not maintained very well. And not always very clean. First room the bath tub was smelling and leaking water. Shower was cold. Second the airco was very loud and way too cold. Fan modus did not work. Third room the bed was old and cracking. Airco again very loud even on modus 1/3. Temperature on the displays were not correct. Fan only modus did work work. Airco is either very cold or needs to be turned off. No automatic regulation at all. I advise Novotel to double check carefully (regularly) the airco’s. Many chances to still improve this rooms.

Great location

Receptionist didn't give enough information while check in.Arrived hotel at 3 pm, But room was not ready.

Atmosphere is nice as it is newly renovated. It totally make over from the previous hotel.

The hotel listed price was very high for the area.

At breakfast there is more emphasis on Asian food. In my opinion, there should be variety for Western tourists as well

Best hotel ever!!!! Big and modern room just newly build. With this price i would said beyond my expectation, way better than many 5000+THB hotel i've been in Thailand. Would strongly recommended since everything here is so gooooood.

The breakfast was exceptional, vast and various, with asian & western food. Delicious food at the restaurant as well ! The building is new with a modern decoration in the room, very cosy & comfy . Gym & nice pool outside The staff was kind and attentive to our requests.
